Essential Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and plan strategies for building customer engagement in both local and international customers to use service and buy products in the shopping center
  • Develop strategic plan for expanding membership program, improving member benefit offerings, and increasing overall membership
  • Provide analysis of existing program and membership materials as well as membership retention rates and opportunities for improvement
  • Build engagement platform with VIP in-mall team for each customer segmentation
  • Create core-card privileges and campaign to be different from competitor including building signature moment when customer visit our property
  • Monitor & follow up results for improvements and development CRM/CEM plan
  • Work with Tenant to boost up spending from in store activities
  • Initiate channel communications, including developing newsletter content, email blasts, event announcements, awareness of member benefits, etc.
  • Develop regular mechanisms for providing excellent customer service to existing corporate partners and relationship building with prospective partners
  • Formulate the strategy and build membership rewards programs to increase customer’s satisfaction and sales volume
  • Manage the program launch including media communications, training, system reliability and the after-launch issues


  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Strategy or any related fields
  • More than 7- 10 years' experience in membership management 
  • Ability to nurture ongoing relationships with customers and partners to ensure solid retention each year
  • Comfortable writing strategic plans, analyzing markets and marketing potential
  • Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to a high level of customer service
  • Extremely well-organized, goal-oriented and very high attention to detail
  • Ability to proactively identify opportunities, take initiative and multi-task in a fast paced environment
