Job scope:

Play a key role in delivering customer Loyalty strategy and targeted campaigns; consisting program optimization (member acquisition, engagement and retention), create sales campaigns with the aim of increasing existing rewards membership spend across participating categories and ultimately play an active role in helping increase the average spend per customer. The role will also look for ways to personalize offers and campaigns to easily engage and have tools to acquire new customers

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manage the design and execution of the existing loyalty program whilst looking for opportunities to strategically develop and grow
  • Deep dive into the customer database to glean insights that can be applied to drive the business. Develop customer strategies in order to improve customer data capture and optimize Customer Lifetime Value
  • Develop and manage the external marketing plans that support program growth including new member acquisition and existing member engagement optimization
  • Implementation and delivery of loyalty program and other customer-related technology
  • Manage strategic customer projects in order to deliver them on time and within budget
  • Lead the design, execution and delivery of different disciplined testing approaches and strict campaign measurement methodology, including design and management of control groups
  • Plan and execute different customer journeys in regards to the strategic target for each of the segments defined
  • Stay updated on CRM and customer loyalty best practices
  • Develop instant redemption of rewards point loyalty programs at point-of-sales
  • Manage allocated budget


  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Strategy, or any related fields
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in a successful CRM and loyalty marketing function 
  • Strong experience of planning, executing and delivering Marketing Campaigns
  • Experience in Digital Marketing & CRM strategy
  • Experience with creating presentations to articulate strategy and performance
